This murder also remains unsolved.
A buddy of ours is trying to win a contest to play at the North Coast Music Festival. He’s in a group with 3 DJs called RoboticPirateMonkey and they’re pretty tight. Check it out and vote for them, you can vote once a day. Also, the festival lineup is incredible so you should attend.
Here is a playlist of their music.
I’m not a big arcade fire fan but I’ve listened to their albums. Yesterday their newest album hit the shelves and I had myself a listen. I’ve got to say its a hell of a good album. It is called The Suburbs and below is the first track from the album with the same name. The album concept is about leaving cookie cutter neighborhoods and heading out into the world, which relates to me since Columbus is one big suburb and I’d love to move out of here. Enough from me heres the song

So there’s this magazine you may have heard of called Rolling Stone and they published a list of what they believe to be the 100 greatest guitar songs of all time. Of all time! L.A. band Crash Kings took that as a challenge and played the most notable parts of the best guitar songs of all time – without a guitar. They only use a bass, drums, and a Clavinet (it’s like an electric guitar that you play like a piano – with a whammy bar). It’s the best video we’ve seen since the one with double triple rainbows. It’s kind of like Keane – if Keane didn’t suck.

Congrats to Africa for hosting their first World Cup. It was a huge success and a Somalian born singer, K’naan, was able to put out a pretty decent song to recognize it. Biggest party I’ve ever been to was when Spain one it, ¡Viva España!
Album lands in Sept., get excited.
